I was playing with the pinch protection, and found out that if u do it with the sun roof it opens a lot more then if it is opened all the way with the switch.

Turn the switch, then turn it even further past, holding it there - the sunroof will open all the way. The reason this isnt default is it gets really noisy at highway speeds.

Try opening the sunroof, then when it's as open as it'll get, twist the knob a little farther and hold it there. If it's a newer car, there's a spring-loaded position past the normal 'open' position.
