Im going to buy some new rims and tires but I have no studs on my rotor to put the new rims on because my stock rims have the lug nuts with the studs attached. Is there a kit I can buy or lug nuts I can buy that have studs attatched because I know the stock nuts that come with the rims wont have studs attatched to them.

Anyone else not have studs on your rotor to hold your wheel on?

That's how VW's are, depending on where you get your new rims they might come with new lug bolts. DON"T USE THE OEM BOLTS. You need a tapered edge bolt, VW oem bolts are curved on the contact surface. You can get the right bolts at a discount tire or import parts store.

I would run a 205/40-17, which has an overall diameter of 23.46 inches versus the stock 205/50-15 overall diameter of 23.07 inches.. Your looking at an increase of .39 inches.. Of course this is my opinion only.........
