Re: I just saw a A3 in Pasadena, CA! (ar10)
Yes I've noticed plenty of A3's in the Sherman Oaks area, from Moorpark, along N Beverly Glen Blvd, up the hills toward West LA. At one time, I saw a nogaro colored A3, followed by a black one. A month ago, a saw three white A3's in sucession dring down the hill to Sherman Oaks. I think this is really odd. People who test new cars usually do so at the other side of the hill, in West LA along Sunset Blvd (around the UCLA area). What the heck are they doing in a dump like Sherman Oaks?! On a side note, I think they were just regular A3's. Definetly not S3, and neither did I see a Quattro badge either, so it's probably not even the A3 Sport.
Slightly off topic, I've also seen 2 Smart cars in Sherman Oaks, and a an Alfa Coupe along N Beverly Glen Blvd @ Mulholland. I don't know whether it's a blessing or a curse.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who has noticed this. There also seems to be a little too many of these cars for them to be exclusive test vehicles. Nobody knows what's the deal here?
