I LOVE TDI

Diesels are the best. I don't like my 2.0 anymore. The 1.9 TDI has equal performance with better low-end torque and TWICE the fuel economy, and it will last longer and is more unique.
Why oh why did I get a 2.0???? Why would anyone, when the TDI is clearly the better choice?

i too love my diesel

every day i cherish its dieselness.

i am very afraid i will never be able to go back to gas, which is a shame cuz there's a lot of cool gassers out there. oh well.

I hear ya, Erynne. I feel exactly the same way. This is the best car I've ever owned bar none. Fuel mileage and torque are too good to beleive and the car just has great personality.

I love my TDI also. I have the same car as Erynne's. 2001 Golf GL Reflex silver. But I'm trying to sell mine

We bought a new house this past summer so the car goes. It might take a while to sell, cause i'm not going to budge much on the price. I mean were getting by, but it would be nice to free up some money every month to do things. I'll probably have to go back to gas since there isn't alot of diesel choices out there. Maybe i'll find a nice Audi 5000 turbo quattro.
edit: I also had a 2.0 8V before. I'd never go back to it. I'd choose the TDI over it any day.
