You've never seen a cupholder holding a drink? Mind if I ask why you need the photo?

true.
Anyone want my rear cupholder? Come pick it up, and it's yours.
If anyone wants my arm rest, buy me the pocket piece to replace it, and it's yours

Buy a beverage.
Place beverage in holder.
Place camera in hand.
Move camera up to eye.
Look through viewer.
Press button on camera.
Put keys in car.
Turn on car.
Drive to 30-mintue-photo-hut.
Give film to 30-minute-photo
Expend 30 minutes enjoying beverage.
You now have a photo of a drink in a drink holder.
Ta-da!!

yah your instructions are right, but i dont have a rear cupholder, i just want to see what itlooks like
Re: i need a rear cupholder holding a drink photo! (helpmeplease)

I'm curious to see what it looks like as well... But only because I don't have one in my '02. I would never let anybody drink back there anyway (or in the front seats, for that matter)...

Well, I just happened to have a digital camera, a water bottle and a Golf with the rear cup holder. Plus some free time

If pictures don't work, try the link. Imagestation doesn't work like it used to sometimes.

If these fail to work, try copying and pasting the link in your browser. If that doesn't work, I give up

Hmm... I wonder why they stopped installing these? I thought the ash tray/mini storage thingy was in place of where the cup holder was, but it looks like they're two separate parts.
Did they really stop installing these because they're not practical in the back seats? Are they really flimsy or something?
I'd get it if it didn't cost that much. But I don't really care.

they are really really flimsy. it's a good thing that car was stationary when he took the pic, otherwise the water bottle would have rolled around in the floorboard.
Re: i need a rear cupholder holding a drink photo! (jaydub)

That's too bad... I wish the little storage thingy was more practical though... Some friends of mine suggested that I should put some mints in it for the back seat passengers... I kind of like that idea.

I rarely have passengers... I like to keep things clean (I have the velour). I also like to keep my all-season rubber logo mats clean, even though they were designed for all seasons. I'm a goofy man.

I think mints or peanuts would be funny though (for the storage thingy)... Somebody told me I should put some barf-bags in the seat inserts (my passengers sometimes complain that my quick driving skills makes them feel a little queazy) along with cheesey german instructions on how to fasten their seatbelts (with diagrams of course) (like an airline).
Ugh... back to work.

If I had more time
I'd take the car for a spirited sprint and then take a picture of the rear cupholder. Most likely empty

I also have passengers complain of car sickness when I drive

I guess we both need some of these for our passengers:

That mint thing in the rear ashtray/storage area is a great idea!
Both my seat-back pockets have the following in them:
1 motion sickness bag
1 Lufthansa "Magazin" inflight magazine
1 airline gift set containing blindfolds and airline toothbrush kit
Re: i need a rear cupholder holding a drink photo! (boybaha)

I guess I'll have to fly to Germany to get that inflight stuff... I'd love to have this in my car! I get a kick out of out of the ordinary stuff...

edit: Hmm... I'm getting way off topic. My apologies.
