I have a complete SEAT Ibiza Cupra 16v donor car which uses all Mk2 G60 hubs, brakes, drivehshafts and 02A box.
- Will the G60 driveshafts run in the A1 or are they too long? I have no Mk1 shafts to meaure and the motor isn't in the car yet to trial fit
- Will they mate up to the Mk1 hubs?

from my experience, the passenger side axle is a little bit too long and it is a pretty tight fit and puts the axle under considerable compression when everything is bolted up. also the axle tube would rub the frame where the lower control arm attaches when the suspension was at full rebound.
hubs that came with 90mm CV's will bind a 100mm CV joint when tightened down. you can grind out the hub or switch to scirroco 16v or later cabriolet hubs that had 100mm axles.
