First of all i feeel really dumb not knowing how to do this but i just got it.
I have a 97 TSI selectrac.
I got it into 4x4 full time.
I've tried and tried getting back into 2wd.
IT DOESN"T WANNA CHANGE!
It shifts fine, but the display in front of the main shifter still reads "FULL TIME"
Tips, tricks, how is it done?
I gotta drive 100 miles tomorrow to help my buddy move and it's all highway both ways.
HELP!

Put it in neutral, then try to shift it back into 2wd, that's how it works in mine..

Are you sure you're not in 2wd? My screen doesn't change when I put it into 4L anymore.
