I believe my turbo is blow because I am getting blue/white smoke like crazy from my exhaust for the first 10 mins of driving or untill I hit boost a couple of times. Also my exhaust tip is stanting to collect oil gunk in it!!

Also took off my intake pipe and it had fresh oil in it. but my turbo is only one year old

sounds like your seals are gone.. maybe something else but I cant think of anything except a blown ring that would do that..

ya i think it is the oil seals on the turbo.

There is also a mojor problem with valve guides in x-flows. Everyone always forgets about the head. I have learnd fromexperience that there is more to go wrong in a head than in the block. But who knows when you put a turbo onto a motor it just adds another variable. Good luck man.

what goes wrong with the valve guides? I have 185-190 compression in every cylinder, I don't think the is a leak. It will hold stead for 2 mins.

Valve seals have nothing to do with compression, do a leak down to pinpoint possible engine sources of the burning oil.
According to Turbonetics, VW's oil pressure is too high for the turbo seals. The pressure needs to be reduced for the seals to live long happy lives.
