It's my only car therefore daily driver. That is the 15 psi pulley but I hit about 17-18 at redline. I will have the graphs posted as soon as I can get them scanned, maybe this weekend. HP=164.3, torque=181.3 The cap and rotor were pretty worn and have been replaced since then. I think the stock cam with stage 4 chip is really hurting it. Time for a p&p head with a new cam, bye bye tax return.

I hit almost the exact same numbers but was stuck at 14.5 psi the entire time and power was gone after 5500 rpms...(prototype chip)

I bet it´s GREAT if you want much HP, but I think it´s TOO loud for daily driving..
I´ll go for the Rotrex charger instead, anyone knows someting about that one?

Rotrex - No real facts on performance (although it's assumed to be similar to the lysholm effieciency-wise), and it's rumored to cost over $4,000.

I'm trying to gather info on the Rotrex...people don't seem to have much interest for that charger in here.
What is included in the kit that could make it go up an extra 2k?

The compressor is made in Denmark, i live in Sweden (neighbor).
Actually the price on just the charger is aound $2000-2200 but an complete kit for the Golf/Corrado G60 is around $2800-3000, were the price $4000 came from I have no idea...

No idea to e-mail them about prices, they won´t sell to you. They only sell to some tuningshops, and i have a friend who is sellling their stuffs.
Rotrex only sells the charger, the kit´s he make on his own.
It´s an centrifugal compressor and woks just like an turbo, except of the belt.
The kit to the Golf/Corrado G60 shall give something like 180hp @ 0,8bar pressure.
But the compressor can be run to at least 1,3bar...so 220-230hp should probably be no problem.
They allso have kit for:
VW Bora, Passat & Beetle 2.0 = 170 BHP & 230 Nm
VW Golf Mark 3 1.8 8V = 150 BHP & 200 Nm
VW Golf Mark 3 2.0 8V = 160 BHP & 210 Nm
VW Golf Mark 4 1.8 20V = 190 BHP & 230 Nm
VW Polo, Lupo 1.4 16 V (100 BHP) = 170 BHP & 180 Nm
VW Golf, Polo, Lupo 1.4 16V (75 BHP) = 140 BHP & 180 Nm
VW Polo 1.6 8V = 130 BHP & 190 Nm
I think the numbers are @ 0,8 or 0,9 bar, not sure.

Yes they did. I have the EIP Rotrex in my car right now. I did the MFA boost test and I am currently running approximately 11-12psi. I have heard that this charger is capeable of boosting up to 20psi. Here is a pic of it in my car. It is currently starting to leak oil right where the pulley is. And I have no idea where to take it to get fixed.

That's what I heard they sold for here in the states. Not sure if it was EIP's kit or not. But it's not too far off, considering Orz has then for $3,400.00.
