Good choice. The i4 is bland and doesn't have a soft top. it's better for carrying more than 2 people, however. And it's probably better suited as a daily driver, but definitely not as special as the Z4 convertible. While I love my Bolt and it's fun to drive, and makes the perfect daily driver/errand runner, there's a reason the MINI Cooper Roadster is my avatar.

BMW copies that trend and adds that nose. Has anybody warmed up to that nose yet?

It makes no sense, it’s a nightmare. It could have been designed by Salvador Dali except that it does have symmetry.

I just wondered if somebody out there actually likes that nose and maybe I myself would warm up to it. Hey, ugly cars are my jam! I personally wouldn't let it stop me from buying a pig nosed BMW if I liked the car overall.

So I was able to drive it some more and boy when you punch it it's powerful. I think the dichotomy between normal driving and really pushing it is crazy in this car. It's very well mannered.

I will say it gets a ton of attention. Having the stupid sticker on the one side probably doesn't help.

Also the key looks identical but is actually bigger. I wish the loop hole was bigger on mine like the new one!

It's a very anonymous looking car from the pics so I'm surprised it gets any attention aside from maybe the oversized grill.
