OK. Well my idle acts really funny. A whille ago it would jump between 700-1200rpm..., not only that but whille driving you could feel gain and loss of power. Sort of like ON/OFF switch,,, I cleaned the MAF connector and it was fine, till last night when I noticed a vacum leak. I replaced the damaged piece with silicone one, same size and length; only to find out that its worse. THe idle jumps up and down again, like it used to. Even when I wanted to start the engine for the first after the vacum line replacement, it stalled on me like 4 times.
Im not sure what can be wrong. Could the ECU 'learn' to deal with the vacum leak.. or could this be MAF or ISV; how can it bested? thanks
