(CIS-E injected)
I have a 3 wire ISV valve laying around my garage and I was thinking of intigrating it into a car wich has no kind of idle speed stabilization. I was wondering
where the ISV gets it's pulse signal from, The ignition coil ground or the hall sender pulse. I know that the ISV's usually have a seperate control module or are run off of the ECU so the idle can be adjusted for temp. I have seen some wiring schematics (84 rocco) where the ISV was directly run from the ignition hall sender pulse and I was wondering if I could do the same.
