This is my build thread. Keeping for my own documentation, and for others to follow.

*edit*
Has anyone ran the IE short block in a mk7.5 yet?
If so, has anyone ran one in the 2019's?
Had two separate compression test say that cylinder 2 is almost 25psi lower than the other 3.

***Edit****
This is a 2019 Golf R DSG with 12Ă—Ă—Ă— miles.
The car has been beat on, and ran hard for at least 8k miles.
The car did what it was asked, and I'm very pleased with it's performance.
Mods list.
APR DSG Stg2 Tune
REVO Carbon fiber intake w/ K&N filter
REVO Turbo inlet Pipe
CTS Turbo Muffler delete
CTS 3.5" Catless DP
CTS Walbro 450 kit
Autotech HPFP
Torqbyte PM4 Fuel Pump controller
Mishimoto Intercooler with charge pipes.

The scope showed absolutely nothing.
Everything looked really good.
Odd thing is, the first shop got
Cylinder 1,3,4, (185psi)
Cylinder 2 (160psi)
The 2nd shop, could only get a max of (110psi) on cylinder 1,3,4
And (102psi) on cylinder 2.
I believe the first shop did the compression test wrong, as they did not disconnect the fuel rail.
After the first test, i now get fuel pressure drop at 5k rpm.

Would you recommend a rod and piston set up?

So after my first compression test, i started to get a fuel cut at 5k rpm.
All of the bolts to the coil packs have been stripped out.
I was thinking the cut was because the grounds were not getting proper connections.
I have since replaced all the bolts with new ones that actually grab and hold everything down tight.
Odd thing is, i took it for a test drive and all cuts were fixed.
On the 5th pull the cut came back, but only in 4th gear.
After a few more pulls the cut came back in every gear.

*note*
The shop that did the first compression test did not unplug the fuel system.
The car ran fine, and pulled hard going to the compression test, and had fuel cut after the test.
I have looked over everything, and im absolutely sure nothing is unplugged.
Looks like ill be chasing this issue for a while.
Ill keep the thread updated as i go.

I am currently on a EQT custom E85 tune.
The 5150 tune just wasn't working for my car. Part throttle was horrible, i was getting lots of negative corrections.
On EQT, the car felt absolutely amazing, ran beautifully. So we put it on a dyno. Got 381awhp and 410awtq on 2 separate dynos.
The low HP numbers is what made us want to do a compression test. Since the first compression test, the car has ran poor, cutting out at 5k rpm.

So i drove the car on Tuesday, when it was 58°F ambient.
Car lost fuel pressure at the fuel rail in every gear around 5500rpm.
Drove it today, doing absolutely nothing to the car.
But now it's 75°F today, and the car feels amazing amazing.
No cuts or power loss at all.
Guess the 2019's just don't like E85 when it's cold outside.

Spoke with Intagrated engineering yesterday, they told me they have had several people run their motor (both block and head) in a 2019 golf R.
But looking on their website they don't even offer a head for the 2019 R....odd
I will be trying to order both block and head next week, will let everyone know how it goes.

You have to pay to play, it's all apart of the fun.
This car has been absolutely amazing in every way, and to be honest. If i had a time machine i wouldn't change a thing.
In the end, this car will be a monster, and will be well known.
Im super excited for what's to come
