And a pic of the car before the lip was installed.

So all these awesome threads lately about shortened bumpers new headliners and paint jobs got me thinking. My Rocco needs something cool done to it. Then I remembered seeing this thread in the fox fourums about installing a s-10 lip on the front of the vehicle. It got me wondering how it would look on my car.
Well go to U pull r parts find s-10 with undamaged lip.
Spend 6 bux on lip.
Go home install lip.
Trim edges to fit car.
Stand back and take in the goodness!
Not bad for about 45mins worth of work ehhh?

wtf? I dont know what your using for a camera, but all your pictures look like an extremely well built MODEL SHOT. complete with simulated gravel, and that toolbox miniature that is just a little different scale than the rest of the scene so it skews it a little.
I was thinking "damn man, the attention to detail is AMAZING! he even got the little bit of rust and the misaligned hood/fender line..

anyway. nice lip.

I put a Peugot lower spoiler on my car. I was looking at the s10 lower spoiler for my rocco.
I put the Peugot one on my car, and noticed a little smoother ride at high freeway speeds. Just a tad less wind noise, too.
Can you notice any difference?
I am glad to see one on a car, as I might do one also. I am going for a little help with the air under car, not looks....

Nice clean car.... but you really need to go on and take care of that body work. IMHO driving with a primer stop will look way better then driving around with a rust spot.

Passat duckbill here and no clearance issues

that white dot on the duckbill is where i annihilated a really big moth, it was the wedged between the duckbill and 16v front valance lol

There is no clearance problem so far and the lip is off of the old square body stlye s-10. Honestly I thought it was kinda cool.

Also if you want to send me some body parts to fix up my trashed up areas I am all for it. Also the front bumper is off? It came with the car I don't know.
