I'll take a chance and say it's a "sport steering wheel" from the european 80/90 series.
Probably 893 419 091 P (black leather)

I asked University Audi about ordering euro parts once. Their reply was basically, if it's not in the us parts catalogue, they can't get it. I don't think that wheel is in their computer.
This guy http://www.uvm.edu/~avangerb/Eurobits.html advertises that he can get various euro bits, including the RS2 steering wheel.

Actually, it's the stock steering wheel from the S2 and S4 models without airbags (talking 92-94 here). I want one as well.
