Mandy, sorry for the trouble. If you are having trouble placing your order online, you can call Rapidparts and ask for Mike. 845-352-1138. I only asked people to order online because this won't tie up their phone lines and is more convenient for everyone since they are not restricted to their business hours. But please feel free to call them if you can't access their online system.
