Improving performance for the passat 2000 TDI

Hey there!
I've been looking around for a while, for ways to improve the performance of the VW Passat 2000 1,9 TDI (115bhp). What I've seen so far is basically just the possibility of chip-tuning the engine (www.superchips.com I think?), and buying a K&N air filter. I think the most someone has claimed to be able to improve the performance of my engine, is to 154 bhp and to approx 360Nm.
I am just curious, as it seems to be quite a few experienced/knowledgeable people in this forum who would probably know how this "works"/how well it works, and if there were other ways to improve performance as well?

There are tons of things that you can do to your engine.
Check out http://www.tdiclub.com and you will be amazed of the things you can do to it. Go in the forums, go in TDI discussion areas and finally go to power enhancements.
Have fun improving those 115 hp, luckily for you, your engine has great potential!!!
