it is a good thing I signed at a .25% cheaper then them 2 days ago with first national bank.....before the rates went up.

buy an income fund - much higher yield. some have drip programs if commission costs are a concern.

I JUST switched over at 3% and the next day it's down to 2.75%!!!!

Oh well, the main thing for me is it becomes a dedicated savings account because it's not as easily accessible, and anything to keep my money away from RBC.
