Is it neccessary to get these sway bars? Assuming that if you do suspension you don't drop it too much. I am asking b/c i plan to do H&R Sports with Bilstein or Koni struts

Damn, I don't know how, but I missed out on this group buy. There is no way of still getting that group buy price is there?

Re: -Install Pics

Great pictures. Those shocks - they're very yellow. Are they Koni?

It is my understanding (I could be wrong) springs won't eliminate body roll. You need to install a sway bar to help fight body roll.

I have H&R coilovers. That is an adjustable spring perch. You can adjust the height of the car by loosening or tightening them from the bottom. They can go 1.5 to 3.0 inches (pretty sure that's the range)
Here are pics of coilover install if you want to see more to get a better idea.

I didn't get in on it either, and I've been regretting it since. ANyhow don't miss out on this. New Dimensions is having their Christmas Sale this weekend. The 28mm adjustable bar is $217. I ordered mine Friday.

Actually the springs are what controls most of the body roll, not the swaybars. Bigger swaybars will add to the existing
roll control, but stiffer springs make a much bigger difference. Swaybars are more for tuning the handling front to rear,
but the springs are doing most of the work in the pitch and roll department.

What holds the rear swaybar on? Are those black things welded or do they just snap on? If there is no welding this seems like a straight forward install.

Look through the full list of the 28mm folder, you'll how the black braces are shaped to fit over and around the back of your axle (in the pic of all the parts sitting there before the install). Then once it is on, it kind of snaps on b/c of the shape if that makes any sense and then there is a 13mm bolt to close/lock it. Look through the pics, you'll see what I mean! The rear install is cake, 30-40 mins tops!!

Can you see the sway bar when the car is on the ground, does it stick out at all underneath where u can see it?

I've heard that this is a very very precise install.....like if you're only off by a little bit in the alignment and such, it makes a huge difference in the driving.....is it really that easy?
BTW, great pics !!
