I installed and ATP chip today it works great except, that after a couple of really hard runs my cars only runs 5 psi i know this also happens with the neuspeed chip. I don't think it is the chip i think the blow is leaking form somewhere if anyone can help me i would greatly appreciate it. Or offer any helpful info

It will run 18psi and slowly come down to 12-14psi depending on gear and then for no reason after a couple good runs it just goes to 5psi. But i can just turn the car off and then right back on again and it starts to run 18psi again. it just seems weird. Thanks. I took to my mechanic and he is a master VW tech. He thinks it could either be the mechanical device that recieves a signal from the ECU telling it how much boost to run or it could be a defective BOV i am using a turbo smart BOV. And last but not least a but not least a defective ECU.

I have the BOV vented back in so it is running in DV mode. I haven't checked codes yet but will on monday when my mechanic can gets a chance to at work.

Hmm, so it is vented back into the intake but you're still going into limp mode. Definitely need a code check but it does sound like either the valve or something with the intake track is leaking or not happy.
ATP chip power I would say was on par with GIAC from the dyno graphs I have seen.

It is great!! it is better than a neuspeed 1.3bar that i have felt and a GIAC also I think it is the selonoid that controls the boost because it is a second hand car and it looks as if some tried to install a manual boost control i will tell you all what it was on monday once i check codes. I think this chip is the best thing that could have happend to my car. I was just wondering that if by me messing with the actuator befoe i got chipped if that could be the problem because it was doing this even before i got chipped. it would run like 10psi and then go down to 5 psi after i installed the after market blow off valve. ATP does sell chips i have one with out the turbo kit. Will post dyno graphs shortly.
