I dont know about the us models, but in europe the Golf's come with non-symmetric mirrors, so I installed a japanese OEM mirror for the drivers side. it came with a blue-tinted mirror, I ordered one for the other side too

the light coming through the garage window looked cool. the door is open, incase it looks funny..

thanks, yea it does.. I also found out that it was a pain in the ar$e to get the door panel back on without any help

heh, just something I was joking around with, its like a superman logo with an A.. the chrome part is reflective so it looks like a real emblem, I get some confused stares every now and then

Man I love the Vortex!!! I was just talking to my wife about the smaller mirrors. We were checking out some "Euro" dubs and saw a couple with the smaller set. I want a set. Thanks for the info!
