[Tbird Pimpistik]

I took apart my dash today as i wana see how it is inside and such
and. i replaced my bulbs in cluster
all went good and ok

now i wanna isntall a cd deck
if i get the wiring harness should be easy buttttt....
the guy said i might have to wire it to the ignition..
??
why??
my stock deck works witht he car off and keys out and all
i just make sure i turn it off..
is that what he meant?
by wiring it to ignition to turn it off with the car?
even if i dont jsut turn it off right then it wont kil the batt?
correct?

they wire it through the ignition so there's no way you could accidently leave it on.
were you gone for a while? Cause in the past few weeks you've been posting like crazy.

don't worry about it... just wire it hot... it is nice being able to turn the car off and listen to music.. it isn't that hard to lift your right arm (or left if you feel creative) and push the button to turn it off.

Having it hooked to the X lead on the ign. is nice though. Then it shuts off as soon as you remove the key. No key you say? Just stick a plastic knife in there, heck fire a toothpick will work too.
