My fronts went on like a charm no need to remove the wheel and no drilling required. The back OTOH were a bit more complicated.
You will need to remove the wheel to install the rear mud flap. Also depending on which mud flap you get some drilling may be required. Not all the holes lined up on my rear mud flaps so what I did was line up the mud flap and mark where the OEM retaining screws are located and then drilled out the mud flap so that I could use the OEM mounting points. This saved me from having to drill into the car and it is much easier this way.
