whats a safe pressure to boost with with the stock intercooler?

fuel and timing should be yor bigger concerns.An IC upgrade is the mod for when you have run out of other upgrades or you get a bug up your BuTT to either spend some $$$, cut your car up and or lose your A/C. I've run 20PSI through my IC. Volume/heat soak is a better way to decide whats efficciant.

You have to custom work everything and this subject has been beaten down a lot recently. If search doesn't work please scroll make through all of the topics and it should appear. personally I like my A/C som I'm building an air to water IC

cool...thanks....and good luck with yours....
i just want an IC that will go down and infront of the motor....like where the "hole" is in the middle of the RS bumper....cause i wanna get that too....
