I may be crazy....
I'm positive my intermittent wipers have two speeds. When you move the lever down, It wipes every 5 seconds or so. During a day of rain...no rain...rain...no rain, I noticed my wipers would cycle every 2 seconds or so. It was just turning them on then off. Anybody else know what I'm talkin about?

What do you mean? Turn them on then off, then count to five and turn them on again? I don't get it. But then, I couldn't figure out how to turn on my fogs either!
I messed with them for a while, could'nt figure it out.
