Is a press required to do suspension bushings?

JC Whitney sells a poly suspension kit for my car and I was thinking about getting it. It looks to be pretty complete minus only a few small things. So do I need a press to install this kit? I was thining maybe one would be required for the control arms.

It' s alot easier with a press, I've seen people use a torch to melt them out but be ready to be smoked out, also the bushings on the rear of the A Arm are in a metal ring you'll have to hacksaw out, the front polys should come in two pieces so the just get pushed in and I guess you could beat the rear ones in.

Cool thanks guys. So I can do it without a press but it is easier. Well my girlfriends dad has a press so if I get in a pinch I can get access to one. Here is the kit I was talking about http://www.jcwhitney.com/product.jhtml?CATID=141225&FID=1169&BQ=sc
It looks pretty complete. Can anybody think of anything it doesn't include other than a front motor mount which is pretty expensive from other places.

It's SO easy with a press. If you don't have access to one, you can get creative with scrap metal and a vice.
