Is it 3 intake and 2 exhaust, or vice versa?

Just a quick question: In the Audi/VW 20 valve engines, or any engine using 5-valve technology, is it 3 intake and 2 exhaust, or 2 intake and 3 exhaust?

It is 3 intake & 2 exhaust valve. Ferrari is the only one I know besides Audi & VW using 5-valve technology, everyone else is using 3 - 4 valves per cylinder.

There's more than plenty of 2-valve per cylinder engines around too actually.
