When i open up the door alot of the times, whether its to get in or out i can hear my regulators in the rear seat card going off..clicking on the off it seems, usually once.

your window regulators are in the door w/ the window

Shinny is correct...the control is behind the drivers side rear panel. If you unplug it, niether your windows nor your mirrors will work.
That was happening to me. I unplugged them, and then plugged them back in and no more noises. Check to make sure all the plugs and fuses are good. I think it does that if its not getting the proper signal.

Or there's a possibility that broken/cracked wiring in the flex-boot between a-pillar and door is to blame for some regulator twitching.

Guess i am going to have to take the panel off and see what is going on behind there....i thought my regulators might be on the way out and thats why they are acting up, guess i put some electrical connection gel on them and see if that changes anything.
