i am just curious to know if its of a good quality and fitment ...also not to loud ....also are there really any performance gains w/ cat back ..or do you have to do turbo back to really notice any gains

Go to the MKIV classifieds. There is a guy selling a almost new cat back for $400, and everyone seems to like the sound, not too loud, but nice.

I have one and absolutely love it, nice rumble at idle, gets a bit throaty as rpms go up then it goes absolutely silent as rpms go up. Definetly the quietest system after stock.

Excellent quality.
Excellent power.
Very quiet while cruising, nice low rumble when your foot is on the floor.
I love mine....

I installed a MIlitek cat back on a S4 (I wish it was mine but alas) ... fittment was a absolute dream
I don't know about flow though ... their exhausts are on the quiet side (i know loud doesn't powerful but it is a start)
