Is there ANY right answer to ANY question?

Just a rant here, folks...
But seriously, like the topic subject says: is there ANY right answer to ANY question posted here on the vortex?
Q: Will [this mod] void my warranty?
A: Definitely
A: Nah, they're just screwing with you
A: Just do it
A: Do the mod and bye-bye warranty! Hope you never break down!

Q: How to break in my car?
A: Keep it under 3K rpm for 1000 miles
A: No need to break it in. They redline it at the factory.

Now, don't get me wrong - I'm freakin' addicted to this web site as I enter the world of new VW ownership, and the Vortex really is a valuable resource... But man it can be tough to figure out which end is up sometimes!

I agree somewhat, but that is just everyone having there own opinion. I have learned to get used to it.

Read the manual and the contract and it'll answer both your questions. And second, go by your own judgement most of the time. And if not sure with that, just keep doing your research and see what the overwhelming and overall response is to your questions. It's not that hard to decipher the correct answer.

You have to hang around for a while and figure out who knows what they're talking about and who doesn't. Then it's easier.

Learning to think for yourself is the best bet. The search function is the first step in thinking for one's self.
Good luck and happy dubbin'!

I agree. Some people know what they're talking about, some people don't. I tend to doubt the fact that someone would take the "advice" of an anonymous person and run around with it like it's the truth, or absolute answer to their question. This forum is best suited for getting opinions from other people, to help someone make up their own mind. I love this place!

Answer. . . yes.

Believe me, I've used the HECK out of that search function, which just gives me nothing more than STILL MORE disparate answers from different people!
Haha, I'm just commenting on something I think is sorta funny.
Without the Vortex I'd be lost in the shuffle.
