I know that there are HID conversion kits out there for other cars. But I want to know if there is one for the passat. Also I know that the new Passat has projector head lights but are they like the ones found in the A4? Self leveling?!?!

There is OEM Hella HID's available for the Passat (Both B5 and B5.5)
The B5.5 is special, it has "Bi-Xenon" (HID on both low and high beams)

I personally have the Bi-Xenon's and they're great. Alot of cash, but worth it. If you don't have that much cash to spare, you might want to take a look at HID conversion kits. http://hids4less.com, has them for sale.
