I have a Tamiya Ferrari Testarossa Model that has not been assembled sittin in my garage. Actually the only part thats been put together were the wheels and part of the engine. All the other parts have not been pulled yet and are still in plastic. Is this worth anything?

don't tell 'em it's partially assembled... just tell 'em it's complete and comes with every part required to build it.... that way you're not lying.. see what you can get for it
