I went to take off the wood stick on trim today with a hair dryer. Well the door pieces came off without a problem but I am taking off the middle ones and notice that there are still dots and lines of this I guess tape remains that wont come off. Anyone know what I can clean this with? or how I can get this off. Such a pain this job I am regreting it. Anyone ever do this b4 got any tips? Thanks.

Body shop supply stores sell a product called Prep Sol [& other trade names]. It is a wax & grease remover that will soften the goo, without harming the plastic.
