Re: jackin up low cars (SnowbrdrVW)

like this one.
YOU'LL GET A LITTLE RISE OUT OF THIS PRO SPORT FLOOR JACK FROM ARGO. IT FEATURES A FULL ALUMINUM FRAME WITH STEEL MAIN LIFTING BEAM AND A ONE-TON CAPACITY. YOU CAN GET EITHER A SIX-PUMP OR THREE-PUMP VERSION THAT'LL RAISE THE LIFTING PLATFORM FROM 3-1/8 INCHES UP TO 18-INCHES. WITH BALL BEARINGS IN THE WIDE FRONT ROLLER AND HANDLES ON THE SIDE, IT'S EASY TO PUT IT RIGHT WHERE YOU NEED IT.

Re: jackin up low cars (jaydub)

yah, i cant find it either, I think it was advertised for some hotrods or something, I know it was like 400 or something dollars.
Flipp I already have 2x4's its a pain in the ass, the jack will be expensive, but very convenient so Im willing to drop the cash on it.

Re: jackin up low cars (Jettaway)

mike they have this attachment for the blue jack

quote:

A nice accessory for the AC jacks is their cross beam adapter (pictured above). The adapter replaces the removable saddle and is rated at 2200 lbs. With 2 adjustable height pads and an adjustable spread of up to 45", one can lift a car by the subframe or frame rail with more stability and less likelihood of metal defection as the lift load is spread over two points.

+$125 for that though
