Put some blue dykem on the squirter and run the piston down the bore until it touches. Then pull the piston and use a die/rotary grinder to clearance the piston. Debur. Balance. Run it.
Yep, either small touch with a die grinder and carefully bevel the edge or see if a Copper washer under the squirter block give you the clearance you need.
Washer is not an option as crank is in (was supposed to be a quick rod change - scope creek at its best)
The squirter is hitting right in the middle of bottom webbing between skirt and wrist pin hole so I’m not sure if it will be structurally sound after grinding it.
I’ve contacted Urotuning and they are interfacing with JE.
We’ll see how it goes
