Do I have to use a Euro rad support to fit Euro headlamps or can the US one be modified?

You dont have to buy a Euro Rad support. Im not sure if you will need to cut a piece off for the Vento lights to fit. In other words no you dont have to buy a Rad support.

Now would I do that to you guys. I know Altezza lights belong on an Altezza and that they are far from "Euro".
