I got a hood from a junkyard jetta painted and installed on my GTI. It feels heavier. Also, the painters masked off the little vacuum line diagrams or whatever on the underside, but I realized those are from an 8v. Do mechanics actually need those stickers up there? Cause I can go back to the paint shop and peel the old ones off if I need to, they were gonna keep the hood in the back for a few days before junking it.
