100 km = 62 miles

there is a template of Kph and mph around here somewhere I had it but I lost it the search aint working right now so try it later

its 60% of what the speedo says aproximatly to be exact 62% so lets say 100kph =62mph and easy way to figure it out is do 50% of what KPH it says then add 10% so for instance your going 80KPH that equals 48mph
80KPH x 50%= 40mph + 10% of 80KPH(8mph)= 48mph
