Jetta Sedan vs. Jetta Wagon

Anyone have any experience with both and can shed some light on the functional differences? Or maybe someone knows the actual measurements? I know that from the back seats up, its the same. But what about the cargo area vs. the trunk? Is it just the height of the Wagon that makes it bigger? Is it actually any longer? What about folding the back seats down and having a large area in the Wagon vs. just a pass through trunk in the Sedan?

Cars are exactly the same length, with the exception of the bumper which has a slight variation among wagon years
