Yeah yeah....so everyone knows that already. Just wanted to reiterate and include some photo evidence.
For those who don't know the story, my window reg broke Sunday while I was in Alabama. Story here:

Well, I took it to Jim Ellis Marietta first thing Monday morning. They didn't have some part it needed so it's staying there overnight again. I decided to swing by tonight to make sure they didn't park it outside with all this rain we've been having. Prepare to get pissed off before you click this link:

I feel your pain man... I bought my old GTI from Jim Ellis and regretted it every time I went in for service...
Your experience is just as bad as Loopsnew's experience was with their bodyshop, and almost as bad as the guy that they tried to sue for posting his experience on the vortex...
Not much I can do to help you out, other than say don't let 'em get you too angry, there are more important things in life to pay attention to...

daamn! it poured for like. 24 hours straight! When my win. regulator borke, lukily it wasnt raining, but Jim Ellis fixed it fairly quickly

i did that once with them and thats the last time i ever do....
i feel for you man..
next time go and see Brian at eurotech or Scott at Assist racing..
both these guys are legit..
