Joey Mod Question....

I have a golf GLS with no foglight in the headlight, i was wondering (A) if anyone had joey mod pics and (B) should i just mask off that sphere, where the fog is supposed to be or paint over it? also if anyone wants to Pshop Joeys on here that'd be koooool http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

If you have no light paint it cause it would look funny with a silver circle, if you do have a fog light dont. here is a pick with it:

I've been wondering that too.. that chrome circle in the GLS stock headlights (jetta).
Can I put fog lights there and but a euro switch or is that too much of a custom job?>

Good luck having something to mount the light to. While I'm sure it's possible, you probably won't have fun doing it (very little room to work, and way too much at stake if you mess up). And for the price of decent fog lights, you had might as well buy e-code headlights w/fogs and get way better headlights while you're at it!
As for the joey mod -- if you don't have fogs, I'd paint over the circle, unless you want it to sort of look like you have fogs.
