This is just my 2 cents, and this isn't a flame.
I just want to ask, is disconnecting your power steering worth 1-3 hp like that Yahoo article said? If you're not racing your car, you're not going to notice 1-3 hp difference. it's basically the same deal as lightening another pulley. Not a huge gain, but everything helps, although if you ever have to parallel park......lord help you, it's a PIA!
