thats good to hear i went to the place to get chipped two days in a row and the first day the guy told me they were to backed up to work on my car i was like okay cool, remind you i made an appointment on sat. Then i show up there today and the guy told me the dude who does the chipping is sick!! I was like WTF. I drove a half hour two days in a row to get turned down and not get chipped???? They can't call anybody and let them know that the dude is sick who does the chipping? By the time all the days have gone by it would have been quicker to send it out fedex....what kind of customer service is this???
