Yes they do http://****************.com/smile/emthdown.gif
I know for sure that Ontario & Quebec have agreements with NY & Pennsylvania to share collections & demerit points for the last 10 years. Probably quite a few other border states have joined in. I'd check with your local DMV.
Word to the wise, Quebec is one nasty little province when it comes to tickets. Don't pay and they consider you a "dangerous driver" . That means you lose your right to drive in the province. If you're caught, expect your car to be impounded and you to be jailed/fined. There was a guy who had this happen locally from not paying his $20 parking ticket, cost himself $1500 when it was all over.

Haha!
That's some pretty funny stuff about Quebec. I have a couple of unpaid parking tickets from there. Fortunately, the car (and the plates) they were on is long gone.

Haha, we were up there a couple months ago and this kid got a $42 parking ticket. He didn't pay it; we just told him not to drive his car up there again. I guess we weren't joking after all.
As for speeding tickets, all the cops I've ever seen up there have been in Ford minivans; I don't think I'd even stop.
