before i put these on is there anything to put on the lowering threads to keep them looking new? i had h&r coils before and after awhile there was so much junk in the threads i couldnt adjust the height anymore.
any suggestions i wil appreciate
Re: Just got bilstein coilovers...have a question (BMP 3527)
since you live where it gets cruddy, GO buy anti-seize. you can put them together and using the instructions find the general area in which you'll be setting height. once there, then put on the anti-seize. this way you won't have it all up and down the threads. i'd start dead center in the measurement range as a place to put the perches before installing.

i have anti seize actually but i know it doesnt stick well like if water runs on it so i wasnt sure it woudl be that great for what i was looking for
but i guess if i get the adjusting parts to run through it that will help come winter time
