Just had my tranny leak fixed (seal around the diff tore). Also had the energy suspension ploy inserts installed. WOW!! The throttle response has improved, wheel hoop is gone, shifting is much better (no rocking of hte engine), and the engine feels stronger. The only down side is it shakes the car at idle. Not too bad though. (i drive a 94 colt everyday so nothing really bothers me). Well anyway i would recommend this mod to anyone thinking about. Cost is $16 form www.suspension.com. Its a definite DIY job. Takes about 15min. And i installed all three parts.

I called up suspension.com, and they are sold out!! They don't know when the next shipment will arrive due to some problems with their supplier (I believe they had a fire, or something.) I ordered a set anyway.

I think there a few companies that repackage the ES ones, but at a little higher price.
