My friend is an Audi tech, so he did the springs, and then I did the brakes when I got home. Here are some before/after pictures.
Before: (No, that is not my boat)

After:

The car feels SO much better now! Stops on a dime and handles like a sports car! BTW these are the Eibach Pro Kit Springs. The condos behind that boat are 5 stories high. It is moored next to Felix Sabates' and the Earndharts' boat and it completely obscures them! Man I shoulda been a lawyer!

My friend has a TT that he upgraded to Stoptechs. ( those are some bad brakes)

I have the "Sport" suspension, which is nothing more than stiffer shocks. I think the car drives great now. These are basically the same springs VW sells through driver gear. I bought these because VW cant get the springs any time soon, and they were a great buy on the classified forum.
