Just got Kenwood DDX 8017 with Nav and Video Ipod (60 gig). I used the aftermarket single din install kit. Everything works awesome. I had about 10 system faults that I had the dealer reset.

Not sure. Airbag fault and a bunch of others. Dealer said they get a lot of them when aftermarket units are installed. I had a professional do it and they reimbursed me the $40 to have the dealer reset.

If you disconnect the airbag passenger thingy on the top vent panel it will throw a airbag light

Ipod $400
Head unit $1000
Nav $500

Dealer gave me a list of around 10 faults they had to reset including the airbag.
Sound is awesome. Nav is Garmin.

I got the install kit from Crutchfield, $10 cheaper than enfig. Kenwood's seem to fit very well with the center divider removed. I had them send wire harness and antenna adapter.
Music video, movies, clips, music, photos, etc.... Everything works great. Today's technology is awesome!

I've installed 2 aftermarket units so far, no faults....
both of mine are navigation as well, I am tied into VSS and reverse wires..

Have you had a diagnostic done?
What units did you put in? Do you have any pictures of them?

I am sure youj get the faults if you turn the ignition on while the top airbag plug is unplugged. When i put my alpine cda-9855 in i got a few lights on but once i let it run for a few minutes they were all gone.
