Powerbulbs only sells bulbs.
With e-codes you get city lights as well.

Re: Just ordered E-codes and Philips Vision Plus (Pelican18TQA4)
hmmm...i've been hearing about E-code for sometime now.
For those of you with E-code. Do you think it is really worth money?
How brighter is Ecode? compare to NA headlight set up?
Should I save my money and go with OEM HID kit?
Re: Just ordered E-codes and Philips Vision Plus (g-man_ae)
quote:

Just make sure you aim them well, or else your new lights will seem useless. A dealer may not be helpful, as they'll have aiming equipment for DOT lights only. (Although BoraVR6 did find a dealer with factory aiming equipment for E-codes.) This site is immensely helpful: http://www.autooptiks.com/aiming.html

I thought that most dealers used the Hella aiming tool? If they do, there are instructions on the tool itself for how to aim European spec lights. Anyway, I know my dealer does use this tool and my Dad works there anyway so he'll do it for me.
