KBB pricing for used touaregs just went up substantially!!!!!!!!!! I guess gas prices going down helped prices!!!!!

Too bad that there is not a dealer left in the USA who uses KBB to determine trade-in values. They will sometimes quote the KBB prices when they are selling a vehicle to show buyers how much they are "saving". For trade values they use the auction sheets. KBB has become almost completely irrelevant as a tool for real-world pricing.
ON the plus side, lwo gas prices have been helping the market for gas guzzlers of all sorts.

Good reason for not trading in your car in to the dealer. I have always sold my cars on the private party market for close if not right at KBB. Having a copy of all the service records and keeping the car in top shape makes it easier.
